What will you experience on this Safari?

Arusha Coffee Lodge

Arusha Coffee Lodge

Elewana Arusha Coffee Lodge is one of our favorite stays, perfect for unwinding after a long flight. Located on the outskirts of Arusha, this luxury retreat sits within one of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantations. As they say, “you are never far from the aroma of coffee.”

Enjoy a ‘bean-to-cup’ coffee tour or visit the Tanzanite Museum. For a heartwarming experience, take a tour of Shanga, a glass and weaving workshop supporting people with disabilities. If time allows, a visit to Arusha National Park is well worth it for its scenic beauty and unique wildlife encounters.

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park

Lake Manyara National Park offers the ultimate start to any Tanzanian safari, with its diverse habitats and unique wildlife. Famous for tree-climbing lions and flocks of flamingos, this park teems with life. You’ll see large troops of olive baboons in the forests, and in the open grasslands, zebra, giraffe, buffalo, and elephant roam freely.

Beyond game drives, cycle through the Mayoka Community, walk the treetop boardwalk, or spend a night under the stars on a guided sleep-out—an incredible way to immerse yourself in nature.

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater

Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s seven natural wonders and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Often called the “Garden of Eden,” this three-million-year-old volcanic caldera is a wildlife haven. Expect resident lion prides, battling hyena clans, and large elephants roaming its vast floor.

The birdlife is spectacular, with flamingos and pelicans flocking to Magadi Lake. Keep an eye out for the Kori Bustard, the world’s heaviest flying bird. For the adventurous, guided walks to Olmoti or Empakai Craters offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes.

Southern Serengeti | Luxury Tented Camps

Southern Serengeti | Luxury Tented Camps

The Great Wildebeest Migration is nature’s greatest show, and the numbers are staggering. From January to March, over 8,000 wildebeest calves are born daily, joining an estimated 1.5 million wildebeest, 400,000 zebras, and 200,000 gazelles. With the migration at its peak, predators are never far away, and cheetahs, lions, and hyenas take full advantage. With off-roading permitted, you can follow the herds up close, experiencing thrilling predator-prey interactions.

Migrational luxury canvas camps are situated in the perfect position to anticipate the Great Wildebeest Migration movements, providing you with the perfect opportunity to witness the largest terrestrial mammal migration in the world.

Grumeti Private Game Reserve

Grumeti Private Game Reserve

A vital part of the Serengeti-Mara ecosystem, Singita’s 350,000-acre private concession is home to Tanzania’s most luxurious lodges, like Faru Faru Lodge and Serengeti House. The landscape is a photographer’s dream, with dramatic storms and rainbows sweeping across the open plains.

Massive lion prides, sometimes 20 to 60 strong, dominate this terrain, while between December and February, the lesser known Topi migration adds to the spectacle.

Zanzibar | Tanzania

Zanzibar | Tanzania

Zanzibar is a paradise of history, culture, and pristine beaches. This Indian Ocean archipelago, just off Tanzania’s coast, has long attracted seafarers, traders, and explorers to its storied shores. A perfect place to reminisce on your safari, Zanzibar blends adventure with relaxation.

Wander through Stone Town’s ancient alleys and bustling fish markets, or escape to tranquil private islands. Relax on white-sand beaches, snorkel vibrant coral reefs, and sail into the sunset on a traditional dhow cruise. Whether you seek history, adventure, or serenity, Zanzibar is where island time truly takes over.
