Lewa House
Lewa Conservancy, Kenya
Overlooking sprawling valleys and savannah-covered hills, in the spectacular Lewa Wildlife Conservancy, is one of our favorite Kenyan safari retreats – the beautiful Lewa House.
We love the inviting atmosphere of this lodge; from its cozy and classically decorated interiors to its fantastic hospitality, we are never disappointed.
Unwind in one of the rustic thatched cottages – these are great for families as they sleep up to four guests – that have two ensuite bedrooms, and a large veranda. We also recommend these for honeymooners or couples seeking a bit more privacy. Alternatively, relax in one of four Earthpods, which sleep two guests, and have been cleverly designed to blend in effortlessly with the surrounding landscape. These spacious Earthpods have been built with sustainable, ecological principles in mind, and offer beautiful furnishings and a lovely ensuite bathroom.
Tuck into mouth-watering menus on manicured lawns or out in the wilderness, soak in the views from the sparkling swimming pool, and embark on a wide range of activities that include everything from game drives and walking safaris to cultural and conservation experiences, and camel and horseback riding.
